1. Return Window

3. How to Initiate a Return

Files are delivered instantly upon purchase

Once downloaded, we cannot retrieve them

12. Patch Party Bookings
For our interactive Patch Party events:
Cancellations:

7+ days before event: 50% refund or reschedule

Less than 3 days: No refund, but you may reschedule once (subject to availability)
Rescheduling:

One free reschedule per booking
13. International Orders
Returns from International Customers:

14. Restocking Fees
